ITNANO 2015, 3rd INTERNATIONAL TRANSLATIONAL NANOMEDICINE CONFERENCE

June 21-26, 2015, Miločer, Hotel Maestral, Montenegro


U periodu od 21-26. juna održana je 3rd INTERNATIONAL TRANSLATIONAL NANOMEDICINE CONFERENCE u hotelu Maestral, Miločer, Crna Gora. Konferencija je okupila oko 45 učesnika iz celog sveta. Bilo je predstavljeno oko 45 istraživanja putem usmenih saopštenja i poster izlaganja.

Organizatori Konferencije su bili: Evropski centar za mir i razvoj, Odsek za biomedicinsko inženjerstvo i nanomedicinu, Beograd, Srbija; Univerzitet u Beogradu, Mašinski fakultet, Odeljenje za biomedicinsko inženjerstvo, Srbija; Univerzitet Nortistern, Koledž za inženjerstvo, Boston, SAD; The International Journal of Nanaomedicine, Boston, USA.

Skup je okupio istraživače sa univerziteta, iz instituta, industrije i medicinskih klinika, a sve u cilju potencijalne primene i komercijalizacije stečenih znanja iz oblasti nanomedicinskih nauka. Tokom pet dana predstavljeni su najnoviji rezultati istraživanja u domenu nanomedicinskih nauka iz SAD, Južne Koreje, Italije, Velike Britanije itd. Konferenciju je otvorio prof. dr Đuro Koruga, nakon čega su usledila plenarna predavanja, predavanja po pozivu i usmena izlaganja po sekcijama. Aktivna diskusija i debata o novim rezultatima u domenu dijagnostike i lečenja obeležila je sve dane odvijanja skupa.

Učesnici konferencije
Posterska sesija

Posebno interesantna bila je posterska sesija na kojoj su pomoću LED displeja bili prezentovani rezultati iz nanomedicinskih nauka, najvećim delom od strane autora, studenata doktorskih studija. Prezentovanje „postera” na papiru nije bilo omoguceno već su poster prezentacije omogućene prezentorima sa USB memorija.

Poslednjeg dana Konferencije dodeljene su nagrade mladim istraživačima, za najbolje usmeno izlaganje (Aleksandra Dragićević – rad 7) kao i najbolje prezentovani poster (Filippo Benetti, MRI-contrasted Au-Fe3O4 Hybrid Nanoparticles for Advanced Radiotherapy). Pored Filippa nagradu za poster dobila je i Ece Alpaslan za poster Potential of Cerium Oxide Nanoparticles as Reactive Oxygen Scavengers Ece Alpaslan, Hilal Yazici, Merlyn Vargas, Amit K. Roy, Jaime Gallego, Thomas J. Webster, Northeastern University, USA, Universidad de Antioqia UdeA, Colombia, King Abdulaziz University, Saudi Arabia
