On September 26, 2024, a four-member racing team named SILNA, composed of ITS SASA staff members, Dr. Smilja Marković, vice-captain, Dr. Ilija Batas-Bjelić, captain, Dr. Nina Obradović, and Dr. Ana Stanković, took part in the traditional Belgrade Business Run and achieved outstanding personal results, placing 286th as a team with a total time of 1:22:30 (three best results in the 5 km race).
The participation of team SILNA, alongside nearly 10,000 runners from Belgrade's business community, contributes to the better visibility and positioning of the Institute of Technical Sciences of SASA, not only as a leader in science and innovation but also in promoting a healthy work-life balance, supported by recreational running and team building after working hours.
