Dr. Singh's lecture is titled Explorations in Machine Learning-based Solar PV Forecasting and is part of the bilateral cooperation project between Serbia and India Machine-learning based PV power forecast and grid support solutions for PV integration in diverse climatic zones across Serbia and India.
