ICBMM 2024 conference participants
The ICBMM 2024 conference (The 8th International Conference on Building Materials and Materials Engineering) was held in Madrid, Spain, on 10-12 September 2024. The conference focused on the development of new materials and technologies applicable in architecture and construction. The emergence of new construction materials has not only improved the original performance of materials, such as durability and mechanical properties, but also strength, energy preservation, insulation, waterproofing, and aesthetics. Construction materials are being developed toward functional diversity, lifecycle cost-efficiency, and recyclability.
The opening ceremony and all three days of the conference were organized at the Technical University of Madrid.
