Dr. Magdalena Stevanović, head of the Group for Biomedical Engineering and Nanobiotechnology at ITS SASA, participated in the 8th China-Europe Symposium on Biomaterials in Regenerative Medicine (CESB 2024) held in Nuremberg, Germany, 15-19 September 2024. The conference brought together researchers in the field of biomaterials seeking to contribute to the development in this area and in regenerative medicine. The latest trends in the science and engineering of biomaterials, regenerative medicine, nanomedicine, immunotherapy, bioinformatics, drug delivery systems, etc., were discussed at the conference.
Dr. Stevanović presented her work titled Micro- and nanoparticles based on biodegradable polymers in functionalization of the scaffolds: insights from the materials perspective. She also participated in discussions, workshops, and conversations about future collaborations.
