In October 2024, Dr. Nina Obradović, Dr. Suzana Filipović, and Dr. Adriana Peleš Tadić, the associates of the Institute of Technical Sciences of the Serbian Academy of SASA, visited the Institute for Manufacturing Technologies of Ceramic Components and Composites (IMTCCC), Stuttgart, Germany, where they worked together with Prof. Dr. Frank Kern and his colleagues. The visit marked the second year and final activities in the bilateral collaboration project: 2023–2024 Bilateral Cooperation with Germany, 337-00-19/2023-01/9 Development of Magnesium-Aluminate Ceramics with Targeted Electrical and Mechanical Properties for Application in Electronics.

The sintered samples of magnesium-aluminate ceramics synthesized in Germany were subjected to electrical characterization at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the University of Belgrad and then returned to the German colleagues for mechanical characterization.

At the seminar organized monthly by IMTCCC, Dr. Adriana Peleš Tadić delivered an invited lecture titled Synthesis of Magnesium-Aluminate Ceramics. During her presentation, she presented ITS SASA, its research groups, equipment, and the latest results obtained in the project.
